Role Summary:
The Financial Analyst will support senior team members on a range of restructuring and special situations transactions. The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of industries and financial products, with responsibilities including:
- Advising companies and stakeholders in out-of-court restructuring transactions
- Supporting distressed M&A processes
- Assisting in debt and equity capital raising in stressed/distressed contexts
- Participating in negotiations with various stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis and modelling (including LBO and DCF)
- Preparation of marketing materials and client presentations
- Business due diligence and valuation support
- Coordination of deal execution and stakeholder engagement
- Contribution to pitch development and origination efforts
Candidate Profile:
- Strong academic background in finance, economics, or accounting
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or credit funds
- Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modelling
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
