Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and manage departmental and organizational budgets.
- Create financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Develop long-term financial strategies and allocate resources for optimal ROI.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for improving business performance.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure accuracy in recording financial transactions and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile financial records and assist in audits.
Finance Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA (preferred but not required).
- 5-7 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
