You'll join one of our industry-leading financial services brands, where you will build deep expertise within niches such as Sales & Trading, Structuring, Research, or Investment Management, positioning yourself as a true market authority.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Development
From global investment banks and asset managers to boutique hedge funds and high-growth fintech firms, from day one you'll build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist front office market. Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner for revenue-generating hires.

Candidate Engagement
Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and senior front office professionals across Global Markets and Investment Banking functions. Pick up the phone. Make connections. Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building within highly competitive talent pools.

End-to-End Process Management
Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support. You'll be the person both clients and candidates rely on to deliver in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Embrace Technology and Data
We equip our consultants with best-in-class tools and data to work smarter and move faster. You'll use technology to map front office markets, identify niche talent, track hiring trends, and sharpen your outreach - but it's your expertise and relationships that turn insight into results.
