Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E&S Personal Lines Underwriter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Excess & Surplus (E&S) and Personal Lines underwriting, with a proven ability to manage both new business and renewals across multiple U.S. territories. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy for a seasoned professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and manage E&S Personal Lines accounts, including new business and renewals.
• Evaluate risk, determine appropriate coverage, and set pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with agents and brokers to deliver competitive and profitable solutions.
• Maintain compliance with underwriting authority and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize AIM and ImageWrite systems for policy management and documentation.
• Provide exceptional service and support to agency partners across multiple territories.

Qualifications:

• 6-7 years of underwriting experience, preferably in E&S and Personal Lines.
• Must have experience in both E&S and admitted markets.
• Prior experience working for an MGA (preferred over carrier experience).
• Proficiency with AIM and ImageWrite systems.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting practices across U.S. territories.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
