Your Role
As part of the employment law team, you will advise national and international companies as well as public sector entities on complex labor law matters. Your work will include strategic projects, litigation, and day-to-day advisory, offering exposure to high-profile mandates and cross-border issues.
What You Bring
- Full legal qualification in Germany (Volljurist) is essential
- Excellent academic credentials, ideally with a specialization or certification in employment law (e.g. Fachanwalt or PhD)
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in employment law, ideally gained in a law firm (private practice)
- Strong motivation to be actively involved in client work from day one
- Confidence in communicating with international clients in English
- A friendly, professional demeanor, team spirit, and a business-oriented mindset
