Role Overview

We're partnering with a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Director of Prime Brokerage & Financing Solutions to drive origination and business growth across EMEA. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on building strategic relationships and delivering innovative solutions to hedge funds and institutional clients.

The Prime platform offers a diverse and expanding range of services, including:

• FX Prime Brokerage
• Rates Intermediation & OTC Clearing
• Futures Clearing
• Fixed Income Prime Brokerage
• Crypto-related solutions

What You'll Do

• Lead new business development across FX, Rates, Futures, and Fixed Income Prime Brokerage.
• Identify opportunities and secure mandates that deliver commercial value.
• Manage a disciplined pipeline and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Build long-term partnerships with hedge funds and institutional clients throughout EMEA.
• Work closely with internal teams-Product, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology-to craft tailored solutions.
• Drive cross-selling initiatives and execute strategic growth plans.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in Prime Brokerage & Financing Sales within Financial Services.
• Proven success in FX Prime Brokerage, OTC Clearing, and Futures Clearing.
• Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
• Track record of originating and closing complex deals.
