What you will do
- Build and maintain scalable build systems and containerized workflows for complex C plus plus projects
- Design CI and CD pipelines that provide rapid reliable feedback and automate repetitive tasks
- Create local development tools including IDE extensions CLI utilities and environment bootstrappers
- Streamline release and deployment processes for continuous delivery with safety and confidence
- Define metrics that reveal productivity trends and guide investment decisions
- Explore and integrate AI assisted tools that accelerate coding and testing
- Partner with engineering teams to identify friction and deliver solutions that improve iteration speed
What you bring
- At least three years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong coding fundamentals in scripting and compiled languages with emphasis on C plus plus
- Experience with build tools such as Docker Bazel CMake and Ninja
- Proven ability to design CI workflows on platforms like Github Actions or Jenkins
- Passion for improving developer experience and a track record of driving productivity gains
- Collaborative mindset curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred experience
- Background in performance critical environments such as trading or real time systems
- Familiarity with compilers linkers and sanitizers including Clang GCC and MSVC
- Knowledge of distributed build caching and reproducible builds
- Exposure to AI assisted development tools and modern DevEx trends
