Corporate Development Manager

Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Executing transactions for clients in the Industrials Sector.
• Perform analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions of companies in the Supply Chain, Logistics, and broader Industrials space.
• Be creative in the support of senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.

Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications:

• 5-6+ years of M&A experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development.
• Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods
• Extensive experience across the Industrials space (Industrial Tech, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Services)
