Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Executing transactions for clients in the Industrials Sector.
- Perform analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions of companies in the Supply Chain, Logistics, and broader Industrials space.
- Be creative in the support of senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.
Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 5-6+ years of M&A experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development.
- Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods
- Extensive experience across the Industrials space (Industrial Tech, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Services)
