Corporate Credit Analyst (Industrials or TMT)

Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Global Credit Research Analyst with preferred coverage in Industrials and/or Technology sectors. The analyst will contribute to the investment research process through rigorous fundamental analysis across global developed markets. This includes company-specific research, industry analysis, investment ideation, and ongoing monitoring of portfolio positions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with corporate credit, including a strong understanding of capital structures, financial modeling, and instruments such as corporate bonds, convertibles, floating-rate notes, and derivatives. Experience with ESG or sustainable investing principles is a plus, as this is integrated into many portfolio strategies.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baltimore.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed credit research on companies, sectors, and geographies
Develop and present investment theses through models, written memos, and presentations
Monitor market developments and company-specific events that may impact investment positions
Actively engage with the investment team to debate and refine ideas
Track and assess the performance of portfolio holdings, including earnings and relevant news
Collaborate with the sustainable investing team to incorporate ESG considerations into credit analysis
Provide support for client-facing communications related to investment ideas and strategies
Assist portfolio managers with portfolio-level metrics and insights
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit research, preferably covering Industrials and/or Technology
Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials such as a CFA or MBA are preferred
Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking ability
Proficient in Excel and Bloomberg; strong grasp of financial statement analysis
Collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute across teams
