A leading financial technology firm is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join its Americas team in New York. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of trading technology, client engagement, and institutional finance across multiple asset classes.
This is a highly client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships with institutional clients-particularly sell-side firms such as global banks and brokerages. You'll be the primary point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring clients are fully engaged with the platform and achieving their business objectives.
You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions, drive adoption, and relay client feedback that shapes future enhancements. A strong understanding of trading workflows, FIX connectivity, and Linux environments is essential, as you'll often liaise with technical teams and client infrastructure specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and product engagement across accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor usage metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to prioritize enhancements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in client/account management within financial services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and Linux-based systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
- Experience working directly with sell-side institutions.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
