Role Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Vice President-level Cash Equity Salesperson to join our Equities Sales team in Paris. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships across French, German, or Italian institutional investors, including long-only asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices. This is a growth-oriented role for someone hungry to build client relationships, drive revenue, and contribute to a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and grow equity sales across European markets, with a focus on France, Germany, or Italy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, delivering high-quality market insights and trade ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with trading, research, and corporate access teams to deliver integrated client coverage.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell equity products including cash equities, blocks, and corporate access.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, sector dynamics, and client portfolio strategies.
  • Contribute to team strategy and revenue growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in cash equity sales, ideally at VP level or equivalent.
  • Strong client relationships in France, Germany, or Italy.
  • Fluent in French, German, or Italian (at least one), with English proficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow and build a business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to client engagement.
