Role Summary:
Seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with strong Excel and financial modeling skills, 2+ years at a top investment bank, and significant deal exposure in tech, M&A, and fintech. Responsibilities include memo preparation, sourcing, and engaging external stakeholders. Prior investing experience is a plus but not required.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years investment banking experience at a reputable firm (Tech, Software, Lev-fin, M&A, Fintech)
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Deal exposure in tech, M&A, fintech
• Experience with memos and sourcing
• Ability to perform well with external stakeholders
