Position Overview:
The Analyst will support both local and international teams in advising clients on investments across the infrastructure and real asset sectors globally. This role offers exposure to a wide range of investment types including primary funds, secondaries, co-investments, and direct investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and modify sophisticated financial models, conduct valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, sensitivity/scenario analysis), and prepare valuation bridges.
- Draft high-quality investment memos and presentations.
- Conduct research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities and sectors.
- Articulate and defend investment recommendations in both written and verbal formats, including participation in Investment Committee discussions.
- Prepare client-facing advisory materials and support client interactions.
- Assist senior team members in sourcing and managing investment opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, project finance advisory, transaction services, or equivalent.
- Experience in buyside roles (FoF or GP) is highly valued.
- Demonstrated transaction experience in M&A, financings, or due diligence processes.
- Exceptional written communication skills in business English.
- Proficiency in a second European language (e.g., French, German, Danish) is preferred.
