Marketing Manager - Fintech / WealthTech (NYC or Remote)
A high-growth fintech company is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for a brand-new lending product that is getting ready for launch. This is a unique opportunity to take a product from concept to launch-and beyond-while working alongside a team that's transforming how financial advisors serve their clients.
You'll also drive account-based marketing programs for a flagship cash management solution used by hundreds of top-tier wealth management firms.
What You'll Do
- Lead marketing for a new lending platform from the ground up
- Develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to build web pages, sales collateral, emails, and thought leadership
- Launch and manage ABM campaigns targeting large wealth management firms
- Partner with sales to activate and grow key accounts
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns
- Ensure all marketing aligns with compliance and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services
- Strong background in account-based marketing and product launches
- Experience marketing to wealth management firms
- Familiarity with mortgage or lending products is a plus
- Data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
