Vice President - M&A and Debt Advisory (Spanish-speaking)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Vice President in M&A and Debt Advisory. Our client is an established financial firm located in Frankfurt, Germany with a focus on renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate should be fluent or at a minimum C1 in Spanish. The candidate can be based anywhere in Germany due to the offering of flexible working!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education level
- 5+ years experience working within Leveraged Finance / Debt Advisory M&A
- Strong understanding of project finance structures and documentation
- Experience managing junior associates
Skills:
1) Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
2) Analytical thinking abilities: Demonstrated ability to think critically about problems during work assignments.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support across all aspects of transaction execution including preparing presentation materials, conducting industry research, performing company due diligence; assisting preparation of internal committee memos as required by clients;
* Actively participate throughout deal process from origination through closing stages;
* Manage workflow between external counterparties such as lawyers accountants bankers etc.;
* Ensure timely completion & delivery while maintaining high-quality standards expected by our clientele base.
