● Examine customer issues, pinpoint underlying causes, and manage the prioritization and coordination of support processes (including escalation management).
● Assume complete responsibility for Production service, encompassing the deployment of new releases/hot fixes to production and monitoring.
● Address technical escalations, engage in troubleshooting, and resolve intricate technical issues surpassing Tier 1 support levels.
