As a Senior Quantitative Researcher specializing in High-Frequency Strategies and will be instrumental in conducting in-depth research and developing cutting-edge models for high-frequency trading. Your primary focus will be on leveraging quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and advanced algorithms to identify, test, and implement high-frequency trading strategies across various financial markets.
- Lead quantitative research initiatives focused on developing and enhancing high-frequency trading strategies.
- Conduct statistical analysis, data mining, and modeling to identify alpha signals and market inefficiencies suitable for high-frequency strategies.
- Design, backtest, and optimize proprietary trading algorithms for high-frequency trading across asset classes.
- Collaborate closely with trading desks and technology teams to implement and deploy research-driven trading strategies.
