Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Skills:
Financial Restructuring - The successful candidate should possess excellent knowledge and experience working on complex debt situations such as restructurings, liquidations receiverships etc.
Insolvency - Ability to manage multi-party stakeholder environments including investors/lenders/trading partners/regulators/courts through formal processes like administrations / voluntary arrangements/bankruptcies.
Responsibilities:
