Qualifications-
- 3-5 years of experience with Financial Institutions
- Familiarity with Directors & Officers Liability
Requirements-
- Primarily works with Financial Institutions Errors & Omissions policies and fidelity bond/commercial crime policy experience.
Comfortable with working with claims that include coverage interpretation and litigation.
- Able to complete investigations on each claim while also filling them.
Able to identify if a claim has high exposure.
Uses the claims system to accurately change reserves and make payments.
Management of defense counsel and the litigation process.
- Comfortable with being a claims contact for potential key accounts, as well as preforming account/management tasks. These can include preparation and analyzing of claim reviews.
