Job Description:
As a Senior Associate, you'll support the investment team across deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management within the industrials sector.
Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
- Identify and assess investment opportunities within industrials sectors.
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis.
- Build relationships for proprietary deal flow.
Due Diligence and Execution:
- Assist in due diligence, financial modeling, and deal execution.
- Prepare investment memos and support deal structuring.
Portfolio Management:
- Provide strategic oversight to portfolio companies.
- Monitor performance and implement value creation initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed on industrials sector trends and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
