A leading credit asset manager and direct lender in New York City, managing over $65B in AUM with offices in the US and Europe, is actively expanding several teams, including the Vice President, Reporting & Analytics role. This position requires strong communication skills to lead a team, drive collaboration, and advance business-centric technology for better data insights and decision-making.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technology Solutions and external vendors to enhance analytical platforms like the Data Warehouse, SSAS Cubes, Synapse, and the External Data Hub.
- Design, test, and implement PowerBI reports and dashboards using various data sources.
- Create routine and ad-hoc data analysis deliverables for leadership and stakeholders, including business KPIs, client/competitor activity, and data quality reporting.
- Support the development of models for analyzing operational and market data.
- Monitor report availability and accuracy, resolving issues with Technology Solutions counterparts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience with database systems, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, CRM systems, data warehouses, and SSAS Cubes.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, PowerBI Paginated Report Builder, Azure Data Studio, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Black Mountain/Allvue, Wall Street Office, Eloqua, version control tools (e.g., GitHub), and analysis of unstructured data. Knowledge of R and Python is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both Business and Technology Team stakeholders.
