A Private Debt Fund in London is searching for a Qualified Accountant to join their team as an Investment Associate.
The perfect candidate will have::
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Accounting/Finance
- Professional accounting designation (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
-Experience at a Debt advisory is preferable.
Skills:
Financial Analysis - Ability to analyse complex financial information accurately using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Investment Evaluation - Knowledgeable about how to evaluate investment opportunities through research gathering
Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills are required when presenting recommendations or findings from analyses conducted
Excel Proficiency - Advanced Excel proficiency including macros/VBA programming
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate should be able demonstrate their ability across below mentioned areas,
1) Financial Modelling : Develop accurate models that project cash flow requirements over time; Analyse impact scenario planning can have upon these projections;
2) Credit Risk Assessment : Reviewing the risk profile associated with different loan candidates such as PE-backed firms & owner-managed companies;
3) Reporting Services: Provide timely reporting services related to performance metrics along loans portfolios while ensuring compliance standards are maintained throughout all processes;
