Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technology issues related to hardware, software, user accounts, trading environments, operating systems, and mobility.
- Engage in technical collaboration with other Infrastructure groups and Business IT teams as appropriate.
- Monitor incident response, change management, disaster recovery, and design review.
- Escalate, coordinate, and manage incident response for critical firm-wide issues.
- Provide excellent customer service experiences for all end users, traders, and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Experience working in Financial Services preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively recognize and resolve technical issues and adapt quickly to a changing technical environment.
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Good understanding of network technologies
