M&A VP - FIG | Italian or German Speaker

Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of financial institutions.
* Develop detailed financial models and forecasts.
* Prepare compelling pitch materials and presentations.
* Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
* Engage with clients, building strong relationships and offering strategic advisory services.
* Contribute to deal execution and transaction management.
* Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Ideally ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualified.
* 7-9 years of experience in FIG M&A.
* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Native Italian or German speaker.
* Proven execution track record.
