Our client is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the modernization of a critical assessment platform used across both consumer-facing and business-facing applications. This individual will own architectural direction, drive engineering best practices, mentor developers, and help build scalable web and mobile solutions that support the organization's future growth.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the architecture and development of a modern assessment platform
- Building and enhancing web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Establishing engineering standards, architectural patterns, and quality practices
- Driving CI/CD and DevSecOps initiatives
- Partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders on technical strategy
- Mentoring engineers and providing hands-on technical leadership
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern application development
- Experience with React Native and/or Flutter
- Knowledge of Swift and Kotlin
- Experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
- Proven ability to architect and scale complex production systems
- Prior technical leadership and mentoring experience
