A Global Reinsurer is looking to add a highly skilled Life Actuary to their Valuation team.
What you'll be doingโฆ
- Responsible for performing the valuation and financial reporting for the new life block of business.
- Perform US GAAP, Stat, & Tax valuation and financial reporting for the business while ensuring all efforts stay within the business's framework
- Oversee a small team of valuation actuaries
- Collaborate with the modeling team to manage the valuation models
- Work with several internal control teams
What you'll want to be successfulโฆ
- ASA or FSA designation
- 5+ Years of actuarial experience, preferably within the life space
- Strong technical skillset with modeling software, GGY-AXIS preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
