Our client, a leading venture capital firm in Beijing is looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Investor Relations professional. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with global limited partners (LP) as well as handle fundraising activities while working closely with senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; Native in English and Fluent in Chinese;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within investor relations
Fundraising:
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate proficiency when it comes down to raising funds from investors. They should have excellent communication skills that allow them not only persuade potential clients but also educate those unfamiliar about our client's services.
Global LP Experience:
Experience dealing with international Limited Partners (LPs), including institutional investors like pension plans, endowments among others would help secure this position since one can efficiently navigate different markets and cultural nuances required during such interactions.
Client-Facing Skills:
One must possess exceptional interpersonal abilities because they will engage directly with high net worth individuals on behalf of our company; therefore professionalism at all times is key!
Investment Research Abilities:
A good understanding of financial analysis tools used by hedge funds/venture capitalists could set you apart from other applicants applying for similar positions., An individual who has worked previously conducting research into various sectors before making investments decisions may prove invaluable here too!
Presentation Capabilities :
Being proficient using software applications such as PowerPoint so that presentations are done correctly without any hiccups throughout sessions conducted showing off products offered & outlining opportunities available through partnerships entered upon between both parties involved herein business ventures being explored together.
