Job Description:
As a Vice President at our client's esteemed M&A boutique, you will play a critical role in leading and managing transactions within the IT services sector. This position demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the M&A landscape and a strong ability to drive deals to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end M&A transactions within the IT services sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, potential buyers, and investors.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and potential investors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in M&A, with a strong focus on the IT services sector.
- Proven track record of leading and successfully closing M&A transactions.
