This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on strategic advisory assignments, including complex M&A transactions for leading healthcare companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day execution of transactions across healthcare verticals.
- Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on healthcare strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
