Title: Investment Banking Associate - Power, Utilities, & Renewables
Location: New York, NY
Our client, a global full-service investment bank is looking for a top-rated Associate to join their Power, Utilities, & Renewables group in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive valuation, due diligence, and M&A analyses
- Play a key role in all aspects of the execution process
- Prepare and deliver presentation and marketing materials
- Work closely with best-in-class Managing Directors
Requirements:
- Analyst and/or Associate level experience with a leading Investment Bank or M&A Advisory firm
- Bulge Bracket Power, Utilities, or Renewables background is strongly preferred
- Experience across M&A, Capital Markets, and Leveraged Finance is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
