- Solid professional experience in risk management or market analysis.
- Experience in both energy trading and enterprise-wide risk management.
- Proven track record in leading diverse and specialized teams.
- Proficiency in financial, operational, and strategic risk methodologies and models, particularly in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of energy markets and relevant macroeconomic factors.
- Knowledge of financial management, accounting, and balance sheets.
- Be fluent in German
