Title: Director, Head of Delta One Single Stock and Portfolio Swap Synthetic Trading
Compensation: $250,000 base salary + performance bonus
Summary: I am currently assisting the Managing Director, Head of Prime Trading Americas at a leading investment bank who is looking to bring on a Director to lead as the Head of Delta One Single Stock and Portfolio Swap Synthetic Trading responsible for managing the book and team.
Responsibilities:
* Technical background of trading Total Return Swaps, Single Stock Futures, Stock Borrowing and Lending as well as Custom Baskets.
* Knowledge of the Americas Delta 1 arena and strong relationships within the market.
* Broad understanding of Balance Sheet management with a view to efficiently optimize inventory
* Focus on Market Making and Flow Trading on US and LATAM Markets within the Synthetic Finance mandate.
* Execute trades as directed by sales or responding to RFQs
* Price, hedge and manage risk
* Strong IT skills essential and analytical background
* Supervision of traders, high levels of responsibility covering the complete cycle of trading process and a specific focus on conduct
* Team management and collaboration cross assets and cross regions to increase synergies and revenues
Requirements:
* Proficiency in trading Total Return Swaps, Single Stock Futures, Stock Borrowing and Lending, and Custom Baskets.
* Strong understanding of the Americas Delta 1 arena and established market relationships.
* Expertise in balance sheet management for inventory optimization.
* Strong IT skills and analytical background.
* Proven experience in trader supervision, with a focus on the complete trading process and conduct.
* Demonstrated success in team collaboration across assets and regions for revenue growth.
