Our firm is partnering with healthcare IT company that is looking to expand their Corporate Development and Strategy function. This role would have high exposure to the Head of Corporate Development and C-Suite, while also being fully remote.
Qualifications:
ยท 2+ years of Investment Banking experience
ยท Healthcare coverage experience is required
ยท Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs, etc.
ยท Strong accounting skills
ยท Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
ยท Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-level clients
