Für ein erfolgreiches produzierendes Unternehmen im Rhein‑Main‑Gebiet suchen wir aktuell einen Werkscontroller / Plant Controller (m/w/d), der als Business Partner für das Werk agiert und die finanzielle Steuerung maßgeblich vorantreibt.
Die Rolle bietet ein breites Aufgabenspektrum, direkten Austausch mit dem Werkleiter und hohen Einfluss auf operative und strategische Entscheidungen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für das Werkcontrolling inkl. Produktions- und Kostencontrolling
- Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Abweichungsanalysen
- Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen (KPIs) und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und Reportingstrukturen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering, Einkauf und Werkleitung
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium (z. B. BWL, Finance, Controlling) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im Werk‑/Produktionscontrolling - z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder die erste Festanstellung
- Auch Studienabgänger mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Produktion sind ausdrücklich willkommen!
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und idealerweise SAP (CO/FI)
- Analytischer, proaktiver Arbeitsstil und starkes Business‑Partner‑Mindset
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Freude an Zahlen, Prozessen und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
