Wealth Management Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accurate analytics, reporting, and insights to support sales, distribution, and other key business stakeholders.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to strengthen business partnerships and support strategic initiatives.
  • Fulfill ad hoc research, analysis, and reporting requests by utilizing multiple internal and external data sources.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of client data and analytics strategies to support business growth objectives.
  • Use analytics to evaluate client segmentation, product adoption, and business performance.
  • Partner with data and technology teams to improve client data management, reporting infrastructure, and data processes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from initial analysis through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Analyze transaction, asset, and activity data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Promote a data-driven culture through KPI monitoring, transparency, and data literacy initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy within asset management or financial services; wealth management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with sales, distribution, and business leaders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Experience supporting client insight, distribution, and business growth initiatives.
  • Combination of strong analytical skills and commercial business acumen.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a client-service mindset.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn complex business processes, data structures, and reporting workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience with data platforms and technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, and Python.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and the integration of client, transaction, and account management data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
