The Role

As a Data Strategist within the Client Integrity function, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Transaction Monitoring (TM) landscape. Positioned at the intersection of Operations, Compliance, and IT, you'll help drive strategic initiatives that enhance the organization's ability to detect and mitigate financial crime risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead long-term strategic change initiatives to strengthen TM capabilities.
  • Own and maintain TM policies and ensure organization-wide compliance.
  • Drive data-driven feedback loops to share TM insights across departments.
  • Advocate for innovative technologies and internal adoption of new solutions.
  • Develop and execute TM business and data strategies aligned with SIRA outcomes.
  • Apply a Risk-Based Approach (RBA) to TM, ensuring robust and adaptive controls.
  • Address challenges with a risk-aware mindset and long-term vision.
  • Promote a culture of growth-for yourself and your colleagues.

Your Profile

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Transaction Monitoring, data strategy, and financial crime prevention.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, including 3+ years in FEC policy and TM.
  • Proven expertise in TM tools (e.g., FICO, SAS, RiskShield, FCRM, FCCM).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and testing TM rules and models.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Takes ownership and drives results with accountability.
