Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager - CPA & Advisory Firm
Location: Detroit, Grand Rapids, Houston, Atlanta, Nashville, Miami.
We're working with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm that's actively seeking a Manager to join its Transaction Advisory Services practice. This firm has a strong national footprint, a collaborative culture, and a growing M&A advisory platform that supports both buy-side and sell-side engagements across the middle market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
- Analyze target company financials to assess quality of earnings, working capital, and key business trends.
- Prepare and present tailored diligence reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal tax, audit, and consulting teams.
- Participate in business development efforts and client relationship management.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Transaction Advisory Services.
- Strong background in audit or financial due diligence.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
