A newly launched, high‑growth MGA is seeking an experienced SVP Underwriter, Financial Institutions to help build and lead its FI underwriting portfolio. What You'll Do
- Lead underwriting strategy and portfolio development across the Financial Institutions segment
- Build out products, distribution relationships and underwriting frameworks
- Work directly with executive leadership on growth plans, appetite, and long‑term strategy
- Help shape the culture and structure of a new, modern MGA underwriting operation
- Leverage your broker relationships to drive high‑quality submissions and profitable growth
