Position Overview:
The Sr. Business Process Architect plays a critical role in driving business process excellence across the organization. This position focuses on modeling, managing, and standardizing business processes to improve quality, efficiency, and predictability. The role offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to demonstrate leadership while contributing to meaningful process improvements that add value for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders and sponsors to inventory processes and define scope
  • Train process owners and stakeholders to model current-state processes aligned with best practices and internal standards
  • Oversee external contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with process modeling requirements
  • Collaborate with process owners to ensure processes are maintained, reviewed, and certified on a regular cadence
  • Partner with internal control teams to ensure process documentation includes appropriate controls prior to publication
  • Publish approved process models to the standard process repository
  • Provide system maintenance and operational support for the enterprise process repository
  • Manage vendor service agreements related to the repository tool

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process management, process modeling, or program/project management.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in process modeling, mining, and management tools such as ARIS.
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling and management standards and methodologies (e.g., BPM frameworks)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams toward defined outcomes
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior sponsors and process owners
  • Proven project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms)
  • Self-directed learner with a strong interest in personal and professional development
