Solana Data Engineer
I'm working with a high-growth crypto-native startup that's deeply focused on accelerating the Solana ecosystem. Backed by top-tier investors and builders in Web3, this team is shaping the future of decentralized infrastructure and developer tooling on Solana.
We're hiring a Solana-focused Data Engineer to design and operate high-performance data pipelines and dashboards that track real-time and historical Solana blockchain data.
In this role, you'll play a key part in building out analytics infrastructure that powers internal decision-making and external tools. You'll work directly with Solana full nodes and RPCs to extract, process, and visualize critical on-chain data.
What You'll Do:
- Extract raw blockchain data from Solana full nodes or RPC infrastructure
- Build and optimize data pipelines ingesting on-chain data into ClickHouse (or similar OLAP systems)
- Design and maintain dashboards tracking validator performance, staking, token flows, and more
- Ensure high data accuracy, availability, and reliability across all analytics surfaces
What We're Looking For:
- Deep experience with ClickHouse, Grafana, or similar data/visualization stacks
- Strong Python and shell scripting skills
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with blockchain indexers or off-chain APIs
