Overview
A technology‑driven private investment firm is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning Operations to join its Lab Technology team. This group designs and maintains the internal systems that support quantitative research, predictive modeling, and data‑driven investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high‑impact software products that directly support investment decision‑making
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and investment professionals to transform research concepts into scalable technical solutions
- Own end‑to‑end MLOps workflows, including:
- Model deployment and operationalization
- Continuous performance monitoring and alerting
- Automated retraining and model lifecycle management
- Integration with production data pipelines and API‑based services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands‑on experience with machine learning systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
- Demonstrated experience with model deployment, monitoring, and production‑scale ML pipelines
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, research‑driven environment
