Senior Medical Economics Analyst
We're partnering with a leading full-risk provider organization in search of a Senior Medical Economics Analyst to join their high-performing team in Miami. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery by driving data-informed strategies that improve outcomes and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Medicare Advantage, value-based care (VBC), and risk-based healthcare models.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze medical claims, utilization, and cost data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support value-based care initiatives, provider performance evaluations, and population health strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, actuarial, and network operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and Snowflake to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics.
- Proven experience with Medicare Advantage, hospital systems, and risk-based healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of medical cost trend analysis and value-based care (VBC).
- Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake is required.
