As part of their continued expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing efforts in Türkiye. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven marketing professional to join a fast-growing, future-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all marketing initiatives for the Turkey region independently
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media, community platforms, and growth campaigns
- Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aligned with regional growth goals
- Maintain high standards for all external-facing content, including visuals, messaging, and storytelling
- Analyze campaign performance and user data to refine marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with local trends, cultural insights, and competitor activity to inform content and campaign direction
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in digital growth and content creation
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for visual branding
- Fluent in both English and Turkish
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Deep understanding of the Turkish market; experience in crypto or fintech is a strong advantage
- Experience in visual asset design or creative direction is a plus
