Your Impact
As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting plant operations through financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and enhance cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and performance metrics
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and report on inventory, cost accounting, and capital expenditures
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements
- Maintain accuracy in financial data and support audit readiness
- Collaborate with plant leadership to understand financial drivers and KPIs
- Contribute to capital planning and project tracking
- Help ensure strong internal controls and compliance
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus
