Job Title: Senior Analyst, Relationship Management

Firm Overview: This role is with an investing arm of a large insurance asset manager. The investment firm covers public and private investments across industries.
Team Overview: The Relationship Management (RM) team focuses heavily on private markets.
Responsibilities:
- Play a central role in keeping the CRM (DealCloud) running effectively as a decision-making tool. That means making sure the data is accurate, organized, and consistently maintained, while also supporting the reporting and dashboards that teams rely on.
- Responsible for turning raw information into something useful - especially ahead of partner interactions. This includes building concise, tailored materials that bring together data from multiple sources in a way that helps drive conversations.
- Standardize and centralize RM-related workflows. Ensure that teams have easy access to the right materials at the right time, improving how content is organized and used across the platforms.
- Provide RM support including compiling meeting prep material, tracking engagement, and coordinating follow ups. Identify trends to put together actionable insights to inform on strategy and prioritization.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of professional working experience in an investor relations or client services capacity at an asset. manager or similar financial institution.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM systems, with a preference for prior DealCloud exposure.
- Familiarity with private markets strategies
