Senior Analyst
This Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the firm's value creation strategy by partnering with portfolio company leadership and internal teams to drive operational improvements, accelerate growth, and enhance profitability. This role offers exposure to both pre-acquisition diligence and post-investment execution, with a strong emphasis on analytical rigor and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Acquisition Support:
- Assist the deal team in evaluating operational capabilities and risks during due diligence.
- Analyze organizational structures, management teams, and scalability of operations.
- Contribute to integration planning and identify value creation opportunities.
Post-Acquisition / Portfolio Management:
- Support the development and tracking of value creation plans (VCPs).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across functional areas such as sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and technology.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards and reports to drive accountability.
- Collaborate with portfolio company teams to implement operational initiatives.
- Help facilitate best practice sharing across the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or private equity operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Exposure to private equity-backed companies or transaction environments preferred.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support portfolio companies.
