They are seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join a high‑impact team focused on GGY AXIS modeling across life and annuity products. The role offers hybrid flexibility out of Miami, or the option to work from their expanding office in Des Moines, Iowa.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and enhance AXIS models for life and annuity products
- Support key reserving, reporting, and reinsurance processes
- Conduct data analysis and contribute to pricing initiatives
- Support valuation, cash flow testing, planning, and risk projects
- Collaborate closely with business partners and assist with strategic ad‑hoc work
Opportunities
- Participate in the actuarial student program and assumption‑setting initiatives
- Contribute to high‑visibility projects alongside senior leaders and external partners
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of actuarial experience
- At least 2 ASA/FSA exams passed
- Strong skills in MS Office and GGY AXIS (or similar modeling software)
- Experience with life and annuity products across actuarial functions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
