We are working with a leading independent advisory platform to hire an Analyst within its Private Capital Advisory team in London. The team is highly active across private capital markets, advising financial sponsors, founder-led businesses, and institutional investors on complex fundraising transactions.
This role offers strong exposure to live deals, working closely with senior bankers and playing a key role in both execution and origination support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of private capital transactions across debt, equity, and hybrid structures
- Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analysis
- Prepare client materials including teasers, information memoranda, and presentations
- Conduct detailed market research and industry analysis to support transaction and origination activity
- Assist in managing data rooms, due diligence processes, and investor communication
- Work closely with senior team members on live deal workstreams
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or a related field
- Strong foundation in financial modelling and valuation techniques, including DCF and comparable analysis
- Exposure to M&A, leveraged finance, or capital markets transactions is advantageous
- High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality output under tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
