The firm provides end-to-end M&A advisory and capital raising services, working closely with founder-led and private equity-backed businesses across the middle market.

The Investment Banking VP will be responsible for:
- Lead M&A and financial consulting projects
- Manage buy and sell side M&A advisory engagements (financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, deal structuring/negotiations)
- Interact with clients and develop strategy/implementation of client deliverables while maintaining client relationships to ensure successful project execution
- Seek and coordinate new business development activities
- Direct and coach junior team members
- Stay abreast of industry changes and trends and incorporate best practices
The Investment Banking VP should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
